General-elect Commissioner Shaw Clifton has chosen Commissioner Robin Dunster as Cheif of the Staff. Commissioner Israel and Eva Gaither will return to the USA as National Commanders of the 4 American Territories.

Commissioner Dunster is currently Territorial Commander of The Philippines Territory. The commissioner is a gifted and widely experienced internationalist who, previous to her present service in The Philippines has served in her home territory of Australia Eastern, in Zimbabwe and in Congo (Kinshasa), where she was the Territorial Commander. Commissioner Dunster was the Vice-President of the 2006 High Council and will be the first woman officer to hold the appointment of Chief of the Staff.
